Infonec E-Shop offers a variety of payment options for your convenience.
Here are the following options available to you:
- Email Money Transfer through major Canadian banks.*
- Secure Credit Card Payment Portal
- EBilling (5 major banks in Canada (RBC, CIBC, TD, BMO, Scotia))**
* Email money transfer is a payment option provided by Canadian major banks through online banking. You can visit the following URL for details: http://www.certapay.com/
** EBilling; Infonec Computers is registered with 5 Canada's major banks (RBC, CIBC, TD, BMO, and Scotia) as a payee. To add us, from your online banking menu, all you have to do is add INFONEC into your payee list. Once you send us the payment through your online banking portal before 5:00pm weekday, we will receive confirmation from the bank by next business day.
I received a damage box product, what should I do?
When courier shipped you a damage box or open sealed package(s), please refuse the shipment and contact our online order desk as soon as possible. If you found out the product is physically damaged right after you opened the box, please contact our customer support within 24 hours.
I have an issue with my product, how do I do an RMA?
You can fill up our RMA request form to begin the RMA process.
Once you filled out the request form, you will receive a RMA number by email, and you can track your RMA by entering the 8 digit case number.
Please be advised that you will need to pay shipping one way.
All RMA shipped to Infonec MUST indicate clearly the assigned RMA# on the box, otherwise, package will be refused. Infonec will not accept any collect shipment. Please click here to read the full Infonec RMA policies.
